Contact Apollon Wealth Management About a Sale or Succession

You can contact Apollon Wealth Management through the request form on this page, or visit the office at 307 Northeast 1st Street, Miami, FL 33132, United States. Tell us what you're weighing, whether that's a sale, a handover to family or a partner buyout, and a member of our team will usually reply with a proposed meeting time.

Here is what comes next. First a person reads your message and checks it against our $500K minimum in investable assets. Then we suggest a time for a first conversation. Last, we send a short list of papers worth gathering, and none of them are required to talk.

What you can ask before you commit to anything

The first conversation is for questions, and you don't have to hand over a single statement. Most owners start with one of these:

  • How much of my net worth sits inside the company, and does that change what a sale would mean?
  • What would the tax cost of selling look like, using rough numbers I give you?
  • Which decision has the nearest deadline: a buyer's offer, a partner's exit or a family handover?
  • Do my personal accounts need to change at all before a sale?

From first message to first meeting

Send the form, and a team member usually answers within a few business days. We then agree on a time and whether you'd rather meet by video, by phone or at the Miami office. Before the meeting you'll get a short note on what to have nearby, such as last year's business tax return and a recent statement for any personal account.

Where the details from your form go

What you type into the form is used to reply to you and to prepare for the first conversation. Keep it light: a rough sense of the business and your timeline is plenty. Please leave out account numbers, Social Security numbers and passwords, because we never need them at this stage.

Meeting from your shop floor or from Miami

Apollon Wealth Management works with clients nationwide, and most meetings run by video or phone, so you don't have to leave the business for a day. If you live near Miami and prefer a table across from you, the office is open for in-person meetings by appointment.

Your questions about Apollon Wealth Management, answered

What are the office hours if I can only talk after my shop closes?

Apollon Wealth Management meets by appointment, so there are no fixed walk-in hours. Tell us on the request form which days and times suit you, including evenings after the business closes, and we'll try to propose a slot that fits your schedule.

How long does the first conversation about selling my company usually last?

The first conversation usually runs somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes. That is enough to hear about the business, your timeline and the decision with the nearest deadline. Every fee is listed in the client agreement, and nothing outside that list is charged, so you'll know what the work costs before you agree to it.

Does my spouse, who co-owns the business, need to join the first meeting, and do I have to move any accounts?

Your spouse is welcome to join by video, by phone or in the Miami office, and for a co-owned company we'd encourage it. You don't have to move any accounts to have the first conversation. Any change to accounts comes later, and only after we've estimated its tax cost.
